Mary Doodles, possibly the cutest name every given to a YouTube channel, is completely hypnotic. It’s a real problem, actually. In her videos, she (or someone else) draws some random lines while blindfolded, then she turns the resulting scribble into a whimsical-yet-macabre masterpiece in minutes. Okay, the video is sped up, so who knows how long it takes. I don’t care. It’s phenomenal stuff.
While trying to find out more about the elusive Mary, I came across this gem of a quote:
“True story: my job now is to make costumes and props for Epic Rap Battles of History, so I can’t complain about anything.”
So she’s funny, too. Really funny, actually. Take a look at “Lord Bloodclaw and his Manservant.”
Her twitter feed is a total delight, her DeviantArt page is full of good stuff, her YouTube channel is completely addictive, and her website is very much worth visiting. Go have a Mary day!
By the way, our Mary’s also got a sweet side. Take a look at the video doodle card she made for her dad on Father’s Day. So good!
