Two-Finger Tahitian Pearl, Diamond, and Blood Ruby Ring. Infinitely better than brass knuckles, don’t you think?

You know how much I enjoy making fun of the lesser talented souls on Etsy. Well DeMerJewelry is nothing to laugh at. Their designs are dark and brooding and sinister and never silly. They all look like they belong in the jewelry box of an evil king or queen, and I couldn’t want them more. Of course, the prices are similarly well-suited to villains, so I guess I’ll just have to pine for them. I did always feel I had more in common with the evil queens than the sunshiny princesses . . .  Nevermind. Just look.

Devils Harp Gothic Men's Pendant in Black English Silver (is it me, or are they making things up here?) and a Diamond-Cut Ruby

Devils Harp Gothic Men’s Pendant in Black English Silver. Either they’ve discovered a whole lot of new metals or they’re making stuff up. Either way, I want it all.

Edgar Allen Poe Sapphire, Emerald, and Diamond Ring

Edgar Allen Poe Ring. Unquestionably my favorite of theirs, and possibly my favorite piece of jewelry ever!

  1. I must compliment the photographer of these stunning works of jewelry art; the person behind the lens is equal to the person at the bench on these works. I know, too well from trying, with little success, to photograph my own work (enamel wall collage) that shiny things demand special camera skill. Superb.

  2. Something to shoot for…probably when I’m close to death I’ll be able to afford such covetable things. 😉

  3. Oh, PS – I couldn’t find an email address for you so I tweeted you a pic of that Dentz Denim Christmas B*tches sweatshirt. At least I think I did…

  8. Hot damn, thanks kindly! Wish I had known about this back when it was made but a client brought it to my attention and I’m so glad they did. Thanks again and come on back to see aome of the new stuff that’s come out in the intervening years.
