Sweet Art by Katerina

Located in Thessaloniki, Greece, the aptly-named bakeshop known as Sweet Art by Katerina produces gorgeous baked treats. They are well known for producing lovely sweets for birthdays and anniversaries and weddings. But as beautiful as their event-specific baked goods are, the talented Kat has absolutely perfected the art of the Christmas cookie. I looked at a LOT of Christmas baked goods during my search for the perfect holiday dessert about which to post, but Sweet Art by Kat was the hands-down winner!

You can see all of the amazing Sweet Art by Katerina on Instagram and Facebook.

  1. As a diabetic, I can enjoy these in pictures only but I sure do love them. Hal

    • I live in terror of becoming diabetic. My sweet tooth can be seen from space!

      • I don’t want to mislead anybody. Yes, I am a diabetic but I could eat one of the smaller cookies with a meal and have no problem. The problem is I should not eat two, three, or four. That takes self-control which I am still working on. It is not the end of sweet stuff. + don’t tell anybody but I had two cookies my granddaughter made yesterday.+ I hope Donna never becomes a diabetic but she does not need to run the dentist and have her sweet tooth removed. • Thank you for clarifying! I’m glad it’s not so serious for you, and I wish you good luck with moderation. It’s a daily struggle for me, too.

  2. Tomorrow is the day. My grand girls ( 5 of them ) are coming to bake Christmas cookies…but they may not look like thes beauties. There will be a lot of sprinkles…a lot of them.
I have file folder full of ‘special’ cakes and cookies….who knows maybe some day I’ll attempt .

  4. Thank you. I am glad I am not in Thessaloniki, or my nearly 20 pound weight loss would be in vain.

  5. They look beautiful and delicious. The snowflakes are my favorite and I am wondering how she gets the perfect fading of the colors.
