Especially when you’re attractive and thin and young (and no, I am NOT speaking from recent experience).   In the old days before the internet (kids, ask your parents), self portraits ran the risk of becoming trite and overly precious. These days, they are in danger of looking like selfies.  But 20-year-old Melania Brescia from Málaga, Spain, nimbly travels those lines without ever stepping over them.  All her portraits, both of herself and of others, are very sensual without ever heading into porn.  I think they’re quite well balanced but still very interesting.  I hope you enjoy her work. as much as I do.
