I learn about all kinds of fascinating, hilarious things on the Graham Norton Show, but this may be my all-time favorite. These are the hysterical 5-minute anywhere workouts by Craig Ramsay, who must be in on the joke. According to Ramsay, you can work out literally anywhere, and he proves it by showing us workouts that take place in the office, on the toilet (called Crappy Workouts), in the car wash, and even in church.

Ramsay believes the world is your gym, and there’s no place where you can’t sneak in a few minutes of whatever it is he’s doing. Judging by the shape he’s in, he must be onto something.
