As you can imagine, my social media feed is often all over the place thanks to my weird (but usually wonderful) searches. Today, we’re looking at something so adorable I just couldn’t resist sharing. Someone sent me a funny but dopey video on YouTube. It was playing in the background with me only half paying attention, then the autoplay queued up the first video below, and boy did that make me sit up and take notice. In the video, pop music icon Billie Eilish reads the children’s bedtime story “This Moose Belongs to Me” by Oliver Jeffers. After the reading was done, the announcer mentioned that there were plenty more where that came from on the BBC children’s YouTube channel called CBeebies.
“This CBeebies YouTube channel is aimed at adults watching with children and offers a safe environment where CBeebies content is readily accessible with no inappropriate links or adverts.”
I cannot get over the huge names that have participated in this video series, and the channel has loads of other little kid content as well. The channel is dedicated to the 6 and under crowd, so if you have little ones in your world, I recommend you share this channel with them. It’s full of uplifting, entertaining, adorable kid-friendly content!
You can follow CBeebies on the BBC website and on YouTube.

Hearing Stephen Fry’s voice always takes me back to when I delightfully discovered Pocoyo, a lovely simple animated show for kids narrated by him. If you haven’t happened upon it, it’s great for any little ones up to about preschool age or so – not too overstimulating, and it takes the emotional drama of early childhood seriously.
