I recently stumbled across a wonderful singer named Drew Ryn. She has a lovely voice, as do all the musicians about which I post, but Drew has something that sets her apart for me. She has been releasing videos where she sings the harmony and we get to sing the melody with her. The series is called Sing With Me, and she’s chosen some great songs. She had me at Make You Feel My Love, which is one of my all-time favorites to sing. Ryn’s harmonies aren’t predictable, either. No simple thirds for her. Even though singing in harmony is my only superpower, I was so taken by her creative harmonies that I simply had to stop singing and appreciate.

My only complaint, and this is purely selfish on my part, is that Ryn only releases snippets of the songs. Come on, Drew. I NEED THE WHOLE SONG PLEASE.
