This OBT really lives up to its name. A sustainable design by mad genius architecture student, Konrad Wojcik, it’s currently an unrealized concept, but that needs to change. I’m especially fascinated by the floor plan. I love that the design was inspired by trees and is specifically intended to do away with deforestation on homestead sites. Enjoy! (Warning, the translation and spelling are, well, flawed, but the drawings are well worth it.)
