What if you spent every day looking for One Beautiful Thing?

This may be the greatest egg shaker performance by a bride in the history of the world. (And according to eggshakerworld.com, a real website that I did not make up, egg shakers are the new thing in weddings. Rumor has it even Martha Stewart is getting in on this, so you know it’s legit!)

I’ve gotten a bit off track with the egg thing. Let me begin again.

Seriously talented musicians Michael Alvarado and Carissa Rae make up the band Us The Duo, whose music is lovely and listenable and reminds me a bit of The Weepies (but with a better stylist).

“3 years ago, two emerging solo artists from opposite sides of the country randomly collided, fell in love, and combined their talent into Us The Duo.” – awkward third-person statement on UsTheDuo.com

According to the internet (which is never wrong), they met through YouTube. Talk about a meet cute! In the video below, they sing a song they wrote together titled “No Matter Where You Are” in place of their wedding vows. I’ve set it up to repeat until I get sick of it, which will be never.
