She began applying her design sensibilities to her baked goods while she was still in school.
“It all began the last year of college when I begged my teacher to let me design my son’s 4th birthday party for a class assignment. Thinking back, this was my favorite college project. There are not enough words to describe how messy was my kitchen after I finished the cake but I loved it! So did my family and everyone else that saw it. This opened the floodgates. After that assignment I started using my creativity and design skills to create custom celebrations for family and friends.”
Sometimes, when artists are creatively satisfied, it really comes through in their work. And if these beautiful baked goods are any indication, MJ Tabush must be very satisfied indeed!
Her beautiful products can be purchased on her website and also in her Etsy shop.

They really are adorable (but I think I’d eat them anyway)!

I am a cookie monster, so I would totally eat them. But first, I would admire them. They are sweet. Heh, get it, sweet?!

::::Looks around the room::::: Shhhh, don’t tell anyone BUT my immediate family is secretly compiling a book of “dad jokes” for when my son and his wife announce they are expecting a baby. They have told us that they hope to start a family, so? I’m hopeful. Here’s one: Why can’t you trust the stairs? (Because they are always up to something!!!) Hysterical laughter ensues…

Adorable! I’d like to say they were too artistic for me to eat but I’m a wee piggy and would scoff them but not before admiring them.
