What if you spent every day looking for One Beautiful Thing?

Dark Humor and Bold Colors

Retrograde Supply Co.

I try to keep things in the blog light, but sometimes my dark sense of humor just can’t be denied. Today is one of those days. These are the hilarious embroidered patches and stickers by the Austin, TX-based Retrograde Supply Co. The brainchild of artist Jay Baron, they are meant to be fun and funny and not taken seriously.

You can see (and shop) all of Retrograde Supply Co.’s dark-but-funny patches and stickers on their website, and on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

I just used a patch from them (I think it’s them, I have some of the others pictured) on a skirt I made. Can’t see how to attach a picture but if you check out my instagram (@artfulblasphemy) it’s the plaid skirt I featured a week or so ago.

These are so fun! I used a lot of patches as a tween and teen and I would have loved access to designs with this level of snarky wit.
