Let’s face it. I am never going to build anything. Land and construction are both so scary expensive in Nyc, you just need to find a structure you can live with and make your peace with it. however, I find this to be amazing!
Whether you are creating a new building or making architectural changes to a space, this service allows you to go to their showroom and display your floorplan in real dimensions! From deciding upon cabinet heights in your kitchen to walking out a new yard design all the way to planning actual skyscrapers, this tool is a fantastic resource!

Right? Perfectly logical yet not something I would have ever come up with on my own…

That is very very cool. Amazing it hasn’t been thought of sooner. Of COURSE you’d have a better idea how a room would feel if you could walk through it before it was built. Probably not that hard to do, either.

So smart. I read a review from one contractor who used to do this for new home builds with two-by-fours on the ground, but this is so much easier!

This is an ingenious idea! The last home we owned in Scotland was built for us and this would have been so useful to me, as a visual-spatial learner, rather than studying traditional architectural plans.

I love architectural plans, but there’s nothing quite like experiencing plans to scale.
