Watching resin artist TK Fareed work is a remarkably relaxing and enjoyable experience. The young artist uses real flowers in her creations, forever freezing them in time. Her large tabletop pieces are absolutely fascinating and are, of course, one of a kind. Her projects have gradually increased in size, and I’ve added her videos below in chronological order because it’s fun to see her progression.
Fareed started out preserving wedding bouquets in slabs of resin, but a client asked her to make their bouquet into a table, and her work progressed from there. I am especially in love with her use of living-edge wood pieces to give her work character and stability.
In case you are as curious as I was about her process, Fareed also shares plenty of tips and tutorials on her socials.
You can follow the very talented TK Fareed on her website and on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

resin is such a fickle medium to work with…she has perfected it! Really love the wood with flowers…just superb! Thanks for this OBT!

I can’t imagine how she doesn’t have a million bubbles. Her pours seem so careless, but I can’t deny her results are marvelous.

Maybe carefree is a better word.
