What if you spent every day looking for One Beautiful Thing?

Happy Challah Days

One of my West Virginia sisters visited me for a couple of weeks earlier this month, and we went to the local breakfast place more times than I’m willing to admit. If you find yourself in Howard Beach in Queens, NY, you really should check out Nana’s. After ordering my favorite savory breakfast items the first few visits, I decided to branch out and indulge in a guilty pleasure, French toast. Oh. My. Gaaaaaa. My mouth has never been happier. Their French toast is made with the house brioche loaf, and good grief was it tasty. It got me thinking about French toast recipes I’d like to try.

I figured these might inspire some of you who are expecting houseguests over the holidays. Let me know if you try any of them!

I do not need to be lead astray! Well, not any further. I regularly make French toast for breakfast, always with brioche, for my beloved.
