Sia’s newest video, “Elastic Heart,” was released this morning, and it’s every bit as fascinating as her video for “Chandelier” which I discussed in my post, “Beauty in a Hopeless Place.”

Young dancer Maddie Ziegler is once again playing proxy for Sia, with the interesting addition of a very muscular Shia LaBeouf. The two, dressed in grubby nude-colored leotards, throw themselves around a giant birdcage. First they fight, then he seems intent on taming her, then she seems to tame him, and on and on. What does it mean? No clue. But it sure is engaging to watch!
