Artist Jesuso Ortiz has a wonderful way of incorporating real objects – flowers, buttons, cotton balls, and the like – into his art. The 3D elements really add something irresistible to his already striking illustrations. But he doesn’t allow the added objects to overpower his works. Instead, they somehow add just the right color, depth, and lightheartedness. And his generous use of white (pink, blue, etc.) space is exactly right, too. I hope you enjoy these uncomplicated-yet-memorable works of art!

I’m sorry to be so brief, but I’ve got a couple of big projects due. Therefore, the next couple of weeks are going to be more show and less tell. I don’t think you’re going to be disappointed, though. I have a few things up my sleeve that are so fantastic, you’ll hardly notice my two cents have been discounted to just one!
