Fashion Week – Beijing Style!

Mercedes-Benz China Fashion Week is held twice per year in the art district of Beijing. The Spring/Summer 2016 show caught my eye when I was happily wandering around on WWD, gorging myself on couture. This year’s offerings from China are so luscious, so striking, so, well, beautiful, I couldn’t possibly keep them to myself.

This lush, stylish blend of East and West makes me want to replace my whole wardrobe.

The next S/S show is happening at the end of October. I can’t wait to see what they come up with this year!

    Beautiful fabrics. I love the long elegant lines. Definitely not keen on the Hannibal muzzle though.

    And “Beijing-style fashion week” made me think that you were delving into that thing that is the Beijing Bikini!

    atelier fashion in china has such a deep appreciation for the history of the country–it’s hard not to in a city as ancient as Beijing. I love that you highlighted the up-and coming Beijing fashion week. it’s definitely something that people need to sit up and notice–especially those fabrics thoughhhhhhh
