Brittani Rose makes adorable portraits of pets and people which somehow totally elevate the photos from which they are copied. How much fun would it be to see yourself and your family made out of paper?

In addition to her wonderful portraits, Brittani also makes paper illustrations and some of the most charming paper dolls I’ve ever seen. I definitely need those mermaids, and I’m sure I’m going to be dreaming about her vintage bathing suit series, too!

When I asked he lovely Brittani about what inspired her, this is what she said:

“I find textures, colors, and patterns so captivating. It is those very details sometimes the tiniest of details that make a sweater or blooming flower so beautiful and unique. With that being the root of my inspiration I create pieces that truly reflect those gorgeous elements.”
