I recently started watching a series on Glamour Magazine’s YouTube channel featuring pop artists reacting to amateur covers of their songs. They are all fun, and I recommend you give them a watch if you’re looking for something that will make you like these artists even better. The one that really grabbed me was P!NK listening to young Dutch singer Davina Michelle’s cover of What About Us. P!NK is a generous artist with a great sense of humor, so her reaction video was particularly wonderful to watch. But as cute as P!NK’s reaction was, it was the young singer that really blew me away. P!NK’s reaction video was recorded about 4 years ago, and Davina Michelle’s social media has been blowing up ever since. I’m truly impressed by how generous the pop star is with her connections. She even had Michelle open for her at her 2019 concert in The Netherlands. Thanks to P!NK, Glamour Magazine, and her unbelievable talent, Michelle’s videos now have views in the tens of millions. Her records have gone platinum in Belgium, and the artist has been selling out concerts across Europe, and her website indicates she’s planning to announce a world tour soon.
