Today, we’re looking at the unusual (and unusually expensive) jewelry by NYC designer Rosario Navia. I just adore her unexpected settings, which make her stones seem like they’ve just been dropped on her jewelry and landed in artful jumbles. The artist was born in Argentina, then moved with her family to New York at the age of ten. A GIA-certified gemologist, Navia’s designs all feature diamonds she has personally sourced, ensuring only the highest quality conflict-free stones are used in her jewelry.
“Inspired by her love of fashion, Rosario Navia set off to create a brand that is accessible to the modern woman, utilizing luxurious materials and designs. In 2019, she founded Rosario Navia, a Latina-owned fine jewelry brand where each piece is meticulously handcrafted and designed in New York City using high quality fine metals, precious gems, and hand-sourced diamonds… With names like Lola and Fabi, her pieces pay homage to the strong Latina women who have shaped her.” – About Rosario Navia

Gorgeous, gorgeous designs. We need to plan a bank robbery first, Donna…

I’m sure there’s a YouTube video or two on how to rob a bank…

Thank you! Making slow but steady progress. Pain is a bummer, but part of the healing. Onward…
