Singer/content creator Lauren Paley gained notoriety in 2019 when she started posting videos of herself singing covers in a stairwell in her apartment complex’s garage, giving her the nickname The Stairway Siren. The singer has an incredibly pure voice, and her videos quickly rose in popularity, especially during Covid. Since giving birth to her daughter Piper in 2022, her content has evolved to include snippets of her daily life and video of her making music for her husband and daughter. Though she was formally trained at The Boston Conservatory, Paley’s social media is more about relatable music, creativity, and passion, and her family-centric posts have gained the social media star more than 10 million followers across the globe.

Paley is also a vocal coach, and she’s posted many performances with her students (and occasionally her dog). I like her energy and her exceptional musicality, and I like that she keeps it light and positive.
