The Bluebird Belles

Happy blogiversary to me! Today, One Beautiful Thing turns 11. Such a cute age! In honor of the happy occasion, I thought some happy people were in order. Enter The Bluebird Belles. These talented adorables are giving me life! Their social media is just darling. Though they sing some traditional songs, I think it’s their 1940s-style covers of popular songs where they really shine.

In addition to their regular covers, they also do something on their YouTube channel they call Request Roulette, where fans can request an artist, song, or genre. What fun!

ou can follow The Bluebird Belles on their website and on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Happy Blogiversary, Donna! Thank you for sharing wonderful, uplifting, inspirational things for all of these years.

This type of music is my cup of tea. I often listen to music from the 1940s because it makes me think of listening to it with my Granddad. I also enjoy hearing music from different eras and styles being fused together. Funnily enough, ‘Ring of Fire’ was one of my Granddad’s favourite songs so this post was a double-whammy of happy childhood memories for me.

Thank you, lovely Laura! I appreciate you always being my number one cheerleader. I’m lucky to have you.

Forties music is my go-to whenever I’m getting ready to go out because it puts me in such a good mood! It’s also still my favorite to sing, so I really enjoyed these women.

They sound amazing and their outfits are fabulous – even the uniform look is nice.
