Gift Guide 2025

I think these retro colored glass holiday tree ornaments would be a perfect hostess gift for a holiday party. ($31 each)

Hi, all! It’s hard to believe it’s November already. Where did the year go? Since I start pulling together my holiday gifts this week each year, it’s also time for my annual gift guide. As in past years, I’ve been collecting ideas since I published last year’s guide, and going through my notes was big fun! I have once again decided to eschew a theme. This is just my list of interesting items I thought you and your gift recipients might enjoy. May you have as much fun perusing them as I did gathering them!

As always, I am not compensated in any way for this post. These are just beautiful items I would love to give or get!

Some lucky so-and-so will be getting these mini Corgi oil paintings in this year’s office White Elephant. I’m so jealous! ($25 and up)
I don’t think I’ve ever met a party host who wouldn’t be instantly charmed by this beautiful marble condiment set, complete with tiny spoons! ($78)
We did a lot of traveling over the last couple of years, so I treated myself to this Ridge RFID wallet. It comes in all the colors, and it’s so compact and sturdy, I just love it! ($69)
When invited for something big like a holiday meal or a weekend in the country, I usually bring a basket of treats as a thank you. I like to do reusable baskets that will be useful long after the contents are gone like these neutral-colored sectioned felt organizers. They even come with their own lids! ($19)
This Play-Bill binder would make a thoughtful gift for that person in your life who loves the theater. ($60)
The great thing about giving these velvet burnout kimonos as gifts is that they fit just about everyone! ($80)
Smokers aren’t the only ones who could use a stylish windproof electric lighter. They’re a great addition to a camping kit and a kitchen tool drawer, too! (And they fit in stocking…) ($8)
Every year, Beloved will make a Thanksgiving apple pie to any family member who returns their pie plate from the year before. I’m afraid gifting this personalized recipe pie plate would almost guarantee that no one returned them, but what a thoughtful gift, especially from a family member. Maker Kim Rose has offered blog readers an extra $5 off using code OBT25 ($85)
Reader and friend Beverly turned me onto the lovely children’s stories by Victoria Beata, so any of them, maybe accompanied by one of her illustrations for hanging, would make a lovely gift for little ones or parents-to-be. ($33 and up)
My friend and I each have a few of these diamond String of Love bracelets, and we absolutely love them! ($119 and up)
A customized throw pillow with your choice of quote would be a fun gift for your bestie. The inside joke opportunities are endless, and the quick turnaround time makes it a great last minute gift! ($17 and up)
Sushi lovers will get a kick out of this set of Nigiri Maki cotton socks! ($30)
Mid-century modern boomerang magnets would be a hit with your modern design friends. They also might love these miniature MCM LED fireplaces! ($27)
I know they sound a bit odd, but I promise you these pecan goat milk caramels are unbelievably good and would make a great host gift when you don’t know the party-givers’ style! ($28 and up)
I got myself one of these adorable waterproof 18K gold vermeil necklaces, and I will be wearing it a lot! (Okay, yes, sometimes the gift is for ME!) ($38)
This ocean-themed charcuterie board, coasters, and cheese knife set would make a welcome gift for the friends who invite you to their beach house in the summer. ($127 for full set)
If someone on your list has a yard and a good sense of humor, this granny pants yard game looks truly hilarious! ($25)

These adorable crab hairclips would be a big hit with our nieces (and me, too!). ($12)

I love giving DIY kits, but only when I think the end result will be something the recipient actually wants to display. This beginners’ embroidery kit is just one of those things! ($29)
I have bags like this bronze metallic leather clutch in every color, and I honestly use them daily. Amara Fine Leather Bags is offering a 15% discount! Use code THANKYOUCOMEAGAIN ($70)
If someone on your list has a home theater (or loves the movies), this retro ceramic art tile would be a great gift! ($44)
Your stylish female friend who refuses to admit she needs reading glasses would appreciate this brass Art Deco monocle necklace! ($37)
Someone in your (my) life needs this Elvis stained glass spinner which you truly MUST see in action. ($120)
