Romanian-born photographer Mauro Roberto Scalabroni photographs the sea like a lover. He walks the beaches of Italy’s Adriatic Coast at daybreak (and sometimes sunset), and takes these majestic, color-saturated photos that he then digitally refines. His dreamy almost-pastel color palette is instantly recognizable, as is the softness of the sky and water. His photos look like a place where you’d want to wake up forever.
