What if you spent every day looking for One Beautiful Thing?

Cuties from Korea

Sibatable

Today, we are checking out the squee-worthy creative food prepared by a young influencer who calls herself Sibatable. No relation to the South African chef Siba Mtongana (who is super talented in her own right), Sibatable is a Korean food artist with a great eye for the whimsical. I learned that the artist’s real name is Min Kyung-jin, and she published a recipe book of her dishes in Korea last year. I imagine the book is useful, but it’s her making-of TikTok reels that are really impressing me.

Sibatable is a self-taught chef whose food is intended to be both healthy and over-the-top adorable. I find her edible fashions especially compelling, thought the animals are pretty wonderful, too.

You can see more of the amazing Sibatable’s work on their Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.

Squee! These are all adorable. Impressive artistry and aesthetic. I especially love the penguins and the red pandas but what I really need in my life is dinosaur dumplings.
