Nearly everyone I know above a Certain Age have fond childhood memories of roller skating. Some of my happiest times, from a small child to a teen, were spent on wheels. Inline skates just never had the same feel for me. But boy, could I cut some moves on four stable wheels…

Today, for fun and nostalgia’s sake, we are looking at a talented and positive pair of skaters, Marcus and Michael Griffin, A.K.A. the Griffin Brothers. These adorable 30-somethings have caught the internet’s attention with their synchronized skating videos, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching them work! We have the pair’s mom to thank for them bringing skating back.

“Mom was actually the original skater. She used to go when she was younger. Her mom used to drop her off at the rink and she would stay all night. So she did the exact same thing with us. We would do it every Friday and Saturday and we just always been in love from day one, nonstop.”

Most of their videos are very short, but you definitely get a feeling for their style and their joy!
