While pulling together items for my holiday party Etsomnia post last week, I got chatting with one of the sellers who directed me to her website. I was utterly blown away. I may never serve cocktails to guests the same way again. The website is Cocktail Art Lab, and maker Briana’s wares are truly inspiring. All her artistic drink toppers are edible, and because they’re made from wafer paper (potato starch and olive oil) and printed with FDA-approved edible inks, they are flavor neutral and don’t alter the taste or texture of your cocktails.

I absolutely agree. I’m sure if someone served me something this beautiful, I would remember it forever!
