What if you spent every day looking for One Beautiful Thing?

No Models Were Mauled During the Making of These Photos (We Think)

Employing professional animal trainers, Moscow photographer Katerina Plotnikova creates stunning fairy-tale worlds, and I want to be a part of every single one of them.  It’s all very editorial, but I don’t mean that in a snarky way at all.  The models look spectacular, and the animals seem perfectly comfortable.  And the truly daring poses – a naked girl resting her head on a full-grown tiger’s hindquarters, for example – are strikingly beautiful and perfectly tasteful, with no messy, bloody after pictures to destroy the illusion.

And don’t miss her fashion photography, which is every bit as memorable and lovely (though slightly less perilous).
