What if you spent every day looking for One Beautiful Thing?

An Attack of Etsomnia™ Volume I

et·som·ni·a (/etˈsämnēə/), noun, 1. a sleep disorder caused by obsessive Etsy browsing. 2. the surprising arrival of weird handmade merchandise ordered in one’s sleep.

Oh, Etsy, I wish I could quit you. My insomnia has been in full swing lately, which inevitably results in my binge watching TV shows on Netflix (Sons of Anarchy, thank you for asking) while following breadcrumbs on Etsy.  Today, I’ve decided my loss of sleep is your gain.

Here’s a parade of lovelies I’ve discovered in the wee hours on Etsy this week, in no particular order.  Each picture caption links to the item for sale.

P.S. This was a thoroughly enjoyable exercise, so please let me know if you’d like to see it as a semi-regular feature! I would like to feel at least a little productive when I can’t sleep.

  1. More things to want. That lamp would be perfect in my spare room. And the engagement ring would be perfect on my hand.
