Okay, no, that’s not really a thing. However, today begins the three-weeks-of-parties festival of debauchery that is my favorite season. Today is the Coney Island Mermaid Parade, tomorrow starts NYC Gay Pride Week, and the following week is the Annual 4th of July Fire Island Drag Invasion. I will be coughing up glitter for the rest of the summer!
Anyway, I had picked out something lovely but insufficiently festive for today’s OBT, so here’s a last-minute replacement. I don’t have any time to do research (because I’m busy turning myself into a sparkly sea creature), but I think you will enjoy it even without knowing too much about it. (I know I did!)
