Fabienne Picaud
I am pleased to bring to you today the stunning sculptures of Paris-based glass artist Fabienne Picaud. Vexingly, her work is all I can bring you. I tried and failed to find out anything else about her. One of the many French-language pages I went through trying to find out details about the artist included the following quote, imperfectly translated by Google:
“What really makes sense in the art, it is the joy You do not need to understand what you see makes you happy all there..?.” –Constantin Brancusi
It’s like they knew I was coming. Anyway, enjoy the pretty pictures!
All images property of Fabienne Picaud, whoever she is.

Aren’t they? I am a bit obsessed with art glass, but I think this is one of my best finds of all time. So joyous!

Absolutely stunning! And sometimes it’s wonderful to just let the art be, all by itself. Thanks for the great find.
