Elpida Ismael
Greek pet photographer Elpida Ismael knew she was right where she was supposed to be when she first met shelter dog Lisa. Ismael was hired to take photos of the shelter dogs, but once she and Lisa clapped eyes on each other, it was love at first sight. The pair have been inseparable ever since.
I’m running around like a crazy person today, so I’m going to keep my blah blah blah brief, but I am sure you will enjoy these warm, funny, sweet portraits as much as I did!

Thanks for the Christmas smiles. I especially like the photo of Lisa with powdered sugar (flour?) on her nose.

I don’t have a smart-phone, so I don’t know about those things.

We used to try to dress up our big boy (Maine Coon), but he was considerably easier gracious about it.

I’m powerless against that face. I absolutely would have brought her home, allergies be damned!

That is why I buy my cat’s supplies online and from supermarkets – I fear if I go near the pet store I will end up walking into another adoption event and bringing another pet home.

I sometimes think my allergies are the only thing between me and crazy cat ladydom.
