Today, I’m thrilled to share with you an organization known as Project M.E.O.W. (Make Every One Wanted). Its a West Philadelphia-based volunteer-run cat rescue that helps match senior cats with senior citizens. Instead of typical pet adoption, it’s a foster arrangement, and Project MEOW retains ownership of the animals. They cover vet bills, they handle transportation of the cats when needed, they can provide food and litter if the senior needs help with those things, and they can take the cat back anytime if the foster person can’t care for them anymore. It sounds like a fantastic program, and I’m sure it’s as good for the seniors as it is for the cats.

This is such a wonderful thing! The photos, the names…I mean, look at the little chonk, Santa. Cats are so sassy and goofy–I just love them.

yes I do like cats but..I am over stocked for now…3 males..1 momma with 3 kits …and this morning a 4th kit.showed up..have no idea where this one came from.
