Bonus Veteran’s Day Post
My Dear Acquaintances
Happy Thanksgiving! (And to those outside the U.S., Happy Thursday!) I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you. It’s been a crazy 8 months since I started blogging.
In the last 281 days, I’ve found my voice, I’ve lowered my stress level, I’ve found many, many things to get excited about, and I’ve discovered all of you lovely people. I honestly can’t imagine my life without you anymore, and I’d like to thank you for everything you do for me, for your support, your input, your kindness, your comments, your likes, your astute observations, and your valid arguments. You make me feel heard, and this Thanksgiving, you make me feel great gratitude for you all.
P.S. Don’t worry. A very special holiday episode of Etsomnia will be posted tomorrow!
A Veterans’ Day Thank You Card
I have had the good fortune to know a few of our men and women who have done active duty, and I can say they are some of the most exceptional people I’ve ever met. This is in recognition of their service and their humanity.
